SureFire Market is an operational record-management platform for the business that creates the workspace. It is not a certification body, legal adviser, or statutory compliance guarantor.

The account holder provides a name, email, business details, and the operational records their team chooses to enter. SureFire uses that information to run the workspace: sign-in, forms, records, issues, equipment, suppliers, and files.

Production files stay in a private storage bucket. Access is limited by organization membership. Signed links expire. There are no permanent public file URLs.

Production sign-in uses essential session cookies. Demo mode keeps sample data in the browser. SureFire does not use advertising cookies or a marketing tracker, so there is no marketing cookie banner.

Product diagnostics record event names such as signup or form submitted. They do not record form answers, incident descriptions, or staff details.

An owner can export business data and can request deletion. A deletion request does not delete the business immediately. The cooling-off period is a product delay, not a statutory retention period. [Legal review: retention, operator identity, and cross-border hosting.]
